Who we are
We are two former executives who each spent decades inside complex organizations, one in P&L leadership and transformation and one in global supply chain and procurement. Our experiences were built from working with companies such as L3 Harris, Thales, GE, Airbus, Boeing, across 11 industries, 7 continents, and 50+ countries. We have managed through pandemics, global supply chain crises, financial crises, geopolitical instability, and economic turbulence. We have helped leadership teams navigate complexity, break ground, and establish structure, so they can align on the things that truly matter.

Areas of expertise
Outside the work
Ken restores antique cameras and clocks, goes boating, walks the streets of cities he has never visited before, and reads history. The patience required to restore an 1890 Ingraham Gingerbread clock, understanding how each small mechanism relates to the whole, is not entirely different from the work of fixing a broken organization.
An experienced supply chain and procurement executive with 20+ years of global leadership across technology, aerospace, defense, energy and transportation, Alicia has managed large-scale teams, overseen billion-dollar annual spend, and led strategic sourcing and global procurement transformation initiatives across North America and Asia-Pacific. She created the Plateau Negotiation methodology, a structured approach to high-value sourcing negotiations that was implemented across a global procurement organization. Known for her expertise in complex contract negotiation, total cost of ownership optimization, and supply chain resilience, she has helped organizations navigate complex operational challenges, including pandemic and chip shortage disruptions, and satisfy stringent requirements from major aerospace customers including Boeing and Airbus even during the global supply crisis. She brings a practical, executive-level perspective to business advisory, executive coaching, and consulting engagements.
Areas of expertise
Languages
Fluent in English and Mandarin — a practical advantage in building the trust-based supplier and partner relationships that Asia-Pacific business requires.
Outside the work
When not working, Alicia can be found cooking and tasting, approaching a recipe the way she approaches a sourcing problem, adjusting variables until the outcome is right. She plays chess, builds with LEGO, and stays physically active. She is drawn to swing and traditional pop, and to various languages and cultures. Understanding how people think, in their own language and frame of reference, is where trust in Asia-Pacific business actually begins.
